We are happy to send a box anywhere that is reachable on the globe. Through this site you will only be able to find shipping options for Canada, however if you would like to have something sent to another country, email us at office@brigs.ca . 

OFFICE PICKUP

You may choose to pick up your merch at the office for no charge, instead of having it delivered.

Before coming to pick up your items, arrange a time with us to ensure that someone will be there. Please email office@brigs.ca (best) or call 416 596-7117. We have a small staff that split their time between the shipyard, the office, and faraway places. We are often in 2-3 times per week during the day, and 1 - 2 times during the evening.

SHIPPING TIMES / SHIPPING BEFORE CHRISTMAS 

We ship with Canada Post, and packages take the following times to arrive 

Shipping distance: Projected arrival date (business days) 

Local: 1 - 3 days

Regional: 3 - 6 days

National: 4 - 10 days

Please add a few business days to this transit time for us to bundle up your parcel and get it to the post office.

Flat items that can be sent as lettermail may arrive faster. 

TRACKING NUMBER

Some of our parcels have tracking numbers. This is new to us, so we’re still figuring that one out. Make sure to leave your email in the checkout if you would like a tracking number.
